Berkley FluoroShield Fluorocarbon Line 300 Yards

Berkley FluoroShield Fluorocarbon Line 300 Yards

Features:

  • Berkley FluoroShield is Berkley's new Icast-award winning Fluorocarbon Line.
  • FluoroShield features a co-polymer core with a fluorocarbon coating.
  • Strength and invisibility, giving you the best of both worlds.
  • Abrasion-resistance comparable to normal fluorocarbon fishing line.
  • Optimal castability on both spinning and baitcasting gear. Check out all of the line sizes below.

Berkley FluoroShield is the best of both worlds; a co-polymer core with a fluorocarbon coating. The fluorocarbon coating "shields" the inner co-polymer making it nearly invisible underwater and abrasion resistant while remaining manageable for optimized casting distance. This is a great line for anglers transitioning away from monofilament to fluorocarbon, as it has some similar pliability and a little stretch, but adds invisibility to the mix. It is also neutrally buoyant, so it is great for pulling crankbaits.
